I am a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents, with advanced clinical training in neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, and AuDHD. I am also skilled at supporting parents with trauma-informed strategies to manage big behaviours and emotions within their family dynamics. My focus is to empower young individuals with vital communication skills and emotional regulation strategies, while also providing guidance to their parents on how to effectively support them.
